I had one of these built in jobs with the light lenses seperate a while ago.I just dabbed a bit of glue on them to hold them in place so I could line it all up.I can’t remember having problems with the pcb. Does it just clip in or was there a screw holding it in place.

Lets just face it these machines are the pits.I personally only change the belt and would only change shaft and pads if they were broke. There is just no stability to this machine because the metal side pannels are so thin theres stronger metal used for a Fray Bentos tin.Anyway your not going to get away with out being called back to it cos you Know the stats will proberley go again in a few weeks. As Penguin says If you start with crap and repair it you still have crap. :rolls:

That would make sense penguin.I did have a quick look at the pcb and it looked as clean as a whistle .So I may have to take a punt at it.

Thanks Jim for the quick response.Thermister thats just chucked another spanner in the works.Im wondering how far to go with this machine because that does not explain the clicking sound when the tablet door opens or the labouring pump.ARGHHHHH thats better.Have you ever come across a similar problem. Thanks again Jim.

    Re: Indesit DI450

Iadom thanks for the reply.I noticed that list on page 35 for the DI61 which I presume is the full size version. But it only lists 4 leds when in fact there are five. This is where the problem starts it is the eco button which is flashing and this is not listed on known error codes
