    Thanks Dave. When you set the dryer to work on its own though it works fine so its not a knob issue.The dryer just feels the need to auto work after any programme?

    Well, this is primarily aim at the public and it does inc p&p. Costs for listing and fees also have to be covered. Like all of us, we are trying to make money. As I stated in my initial post, we will discount for members. Hope this helps?!

    door lock is all ok plus everything else tests ok mains suppressor etc. when we put 240volt straight too the terminals on the transformer on the board we should at least get the lights too come on but nothing?

    DOOR SWITCH IS ALL OK AND MOTOR HAS BEEN TESTED WITH A MEGGER.

    Sorry! Bad day – need anger management!! Or open a shoe shop!!
    Did think maybe the external temp could be a prob, which I guess is proved as it worked in the workshop – mind you it’s not much warmer in here!!!

    c00045394 is the detergent recovery type, the original isn’t. Strange one. Should be such a simple job too!!
