    K.yeah i asked today and 400 sounds about right.
    only said around 700 cos when i joined, there was probably 25 engineers covering kent and sussex. now theres about double that number so (wrongly) assumed other areas had recruited as the south east had

    i work for british gas, i can verify i have NEVER earned anywhere CLOSE to 34k.
    basic is 24k…you get bonuses….but not 10k worth.
    when i left hoover 8 years ago, BG had 500 white goods engineers. not sure how many we got now, close to 700 i would have thought, but that is a guess
