have you tried calling your rep. ours set us up over the phone. easy to set up. not so easy to get used to 😯
Re: Letting agency work – tenants fault – who pays??
your contract is with the letting agent not the tenant. thats their job. but you do have to consider with things like blocked filters, is it hidden behind a kick plate? and have they been supplied with an instuction manual?, those cases i advise tenant what to do, and tell them that if your called out in the future with the same fault then the agents will charge them. our agents agree this is fair and i.ve never had problems

as far as i know, the new site will only give you the option of mediator if the have the diagrams for that model

just spoke to customer. they had miele out and as i suspected i had solved the problem, it just needed a combination of buttons to be pressed to clear fault (cust couldn’t tell me what buttons). 😡 gutted as i tried loads of combinations but obvousley not the correct ones. thanks for any suggestions. one to look out for

sounds like it has cooled water or an ice maker. poss water switched off, inlet valve faulty, or if the evaporator is getting frozen up it may have frozen the water inlet tube. this could also explain the temp problems if the air flow is restricted????

the part number for the ntc is WPL481228268051. they call it a feeler probe. god knows why when the connection on the p.c.b says n.t.c. hope this helps

DONT KNOW IF ITS THE SAME AS THE WASHING MACHINES. TO TURN THEM OFF YOU HOLD THE START/CANCEL UNTIL THE LED’S LIGHT. THEN PRESS START/CANCEL AND ON/OFF TOGETHER TILL DOFF DISPLAYED
