    check pump for blockage, also you will find water inside the pump impellor, clear, grease and reseal

    that what i though but the customer states its a samsui – (with all the hallmarks of a zanussi)

    HI, TRIED ALL YOUR SUJESTION NO RESPONSE, HOWEVER, WHEN I FIDDLED WITH THE ON/OFF BUTTON AND PROGRAM SELECTOR, THE APPLIANCE BRIEFLY LIGHT ON 1 & 5 (FLASHING) ANY IDEAS ! DOING THIS ACTIVATED THE PUMP THEN THE VALVE – (NORMAL OPERATION) THEN STOPPED WITH AGAIN 4&5 FLASHING
