    Re: What old bags

I pity the dog that has to live in what looks like the kennel in the corner. Maybe it needs a lot of poop bags. 🙂

    Re: Gas Safe & Proud

Not only is the location wrong not to current standards, flexible gas pipe should hang downwards in a natural loop.

We received a call from them
Yesterday and said we would work for them but need paying up front and that I would send them a credit application form , so I could do a credit check on them. Phone calls have stopped and they haven’t replied to my email, I will update you if they do

    Then they follow it by
” Well if you don’t do as I ask I will post it on all the review websites”
On most of these you dont have a right to reply and it turns into blackmail by the said customer

    Re: comet

A resolution to this could be that the person passing out the work could pay the engineer by credit card at the point of confirming the appointment, surely this would show could faith on their behalf…. just a thought

    Re: Rejected Claims

Did they advise the engineers on the serial number layout they were required to collect. How would an engineer know that he had written down the correct number or incorrect number if he had no benchmark to follow. All engineers are human and make mistakes. If they were picked up within a reasonable time period but 637 days there is no chance.

    Re: The 0800 Thread

They have now rejected numerous invoices to engineers , going back a number of years for incorrect serial numbers and are going to reclaim the monies

Also are Haier and Daewoo , as long as you look round you can generally find the parts, many of the components actually have the part numbers on also

    Re: JTM again!

Has anyone noticed JTM reducing the already low rates they pay to their network again ?

If so has anyone be informed before it happened ?
