ParticipantRe: ISE10 1606w not completing cycles
The problems have just got somewhat worse.
First it has stopped running all cycles, it will start each time and make a few noises but then just stop, sometimes displaying a static time and sometimes with the timer going blank.
To top it off I thought I would turn it off at the mains but when pulling it out from under the counter it seems the mains lead had become trapped behind the flooring we had installed a few years ago and the mains cable has been pulled out of the back of the machine. So now I need to work out how to wire it back up again. There are 2 wires in the cable; an earth (yeallow & green), a blue one and a thicker grey one. Does anyone have an image to show where they should be fitted?
Thanks again.

Sorry, just to clarify there are two spaces I can use, both 67cm at their narrowest.

Apologies, I was assuming 60cm was standard.
The current ff is 60cm wide but the gap to fill is approx 67cm (taking the skirting board into account).SpoonControl
ParticipantRe: Any feedback on ISE10 models yet?
We bought an ISE10 a couple of months ago now. So far we’re very pleased with it and even though it cost substatially more than we thought we’d be spending we’re both happy we’ve made the right decision.
Ease of use is great, looks good, much quieter than the last machine we had and much less vibration.
The only drawback it has in my opinion is the gap between the drum and the body; it is just about the right size for a small sock to fall down. It has only happened once so far and there doesn’t appear to be any other way to access the space (you can’t get into the space via the filter door). I managed to fish the sock out using some chopsticks but it does seem to be a slight design flaw. Could this gap be filled with some kind of neoprene skirt?
It’s a very minor flaw though and I wouldn’t want anyone to dismiss this machine because of it, we’re still more than happy with it. -
