ParticipantRe: Siemens IQ300 WM14Q390GB
Just to help anyone who may look this up in the future, it was a tacho problem…a refurbed motor cured it.

Hi again, the error code that briefly flashed up after reset was E26 not E63.

Sorted now it was a WDUD9640P – error was heater relay. New board.
Thanks for all the help.

ParticipantRe: Hoover Vision HD condenser dryer showing tank full
Thanks for the replies. The customer says it sometimes dries, although I couldn’t get it to start, which would make me look at stats unless he is right about it sometimes working. Don’t think there is a float on this one – there is however two of these, http://shop.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/40003258 … yer-sensor
One below the fluff filter and one at the back about the water tank. Any ideas?
Thanks,John.

For anyone who may find this thread in the future – it was the triple water inlet valve at fault…replaced all OK! 🙂

Anyone? I’ve seen a few similar posts which appear to have been resolved by triple water valve replacement. Please can I have your thoughts.

ParticipantRe: Hotpoint WDL540P interlock clicking
I hate to admit this, but hey I’m always honest which is why my customers like me… I’d not pushed a connector on to one of the brushes correctly. So yes the fault was rectified by new brushes. You live and learn 🙂

I have had the module off and checked connections. What are the chances of the motor then? Not had this before. Def rule out module do you think?
