just seen your dilema on forum, usually the seals are fitted on the front lip of the container, so as the door closes it compresses down onto the cabinet. please note these seals are never watertight. it is for stopping a wave effect up under the door..
iadom is on the right track about split in bottom of spray arm. this cuases a wave effect, and pushes water under door. also check centre bush on arm, if is allows arm to dip into the water when rotating, has same effect.

what is actually happening is that the drawer cannot fill up to max height to actuate the syphon, because the modified?/different, detergent drawer has a bit cut out of the side acting as an overflow, well below the height of the syphon top, about a half inch. sorry showing my age. 10mm. so the conditioner is actually spilling over the side, leaving water still con’d comp.

i had trouble getting parts for these makes, even getting a tel; no for parts was a nightmare, these were made for tha iceland chain of shops, and when you do get through they will not sell you the parts, they told me that their own eng’s had to come out.
ps. dont try to look these up on the website, all you get is the world talks on saving the planet, and the emissions. good luck. if you find a good source of info,etc let me know.

thanks for the info dave, me thinks it’s a non-goer for repair. you can buy new ones cheaper than the parts. another one lost, in this throw away age!.
