I have been having the same trouble recently. could it be due to my combi being serviced and the water pressure now higher. I have closed the 2 input taps slightly and this seems to have cured the problem.

I have changed the door interlock but still same.
Have removed the ON/OFF switch and tested with a multimeter.
Pins 4 & 6 close (ie short circuit) when switch is in the ON position but pins 3 & 5 remain open circuit in both ON and OFF positions. Could you confirm that this indicates a faulty switch.Thanks
