I finaly got round to doing this machine (1st the customer went away, then I had a weekend off).
It was indeed the motor that was faulty
I replaced it last thursday & it worked a treat. The customer hasn’t got back to me, so it appears everything is fine.
One to remember for the future

Not sure if this helps but, I had a ADP8224 flashing fault code E2 recently.
I found the side chamber was blocked completely (The hose that leads to the sump from it also blocked) I took the side chamber off (Very easy) & cleaned it the best I could & hey presto, problem sorted

I hope you all put details up and we can build the only directory I know of that is dedicated purely to this trade that people can search. Since Dave is still learning though how to do this, or he will be when I tell him about it ;), it may take a day or two to appear on the search so don’t panic if it doesn’t appear instantly but I will clear what I can as quickly as I can. I’m sure Dave will too once he’s up to speed on it all.

For the moment, bar the “News” article I’m not going to make a big thing of it until we have enough agents on there, then I’ll add something on the intro to the site for it to promote it.
