    I was given this tester by a friend who used to make the cabinets for a hi-fi manufacturer which went in to liquidation, they left it at his premises about a year ago and he asked me recently if I wanted it. (Checked underneath for postcode 😆 )
    You’re right Mark I don’t have enough time at the moment, but I may offer this service to existing customers etc if the price is right. I will send it to be calibrated as you suggsted to Celteck as they are only charging £38.00 + VAT & Carriage.
    Once again thanks to all the input on this, it is a great help. I didn’t want to rush straight in without some more info

    I assume you have no motor action on wash or spin?
    Before you go changing the motor, I would suggest you check the carbon brushes on the motor, you may find they are worn away completely

    I don,t do gas, although my wife would argue with that.

    Have you checked the PCB on the fascia?
    I usually find this is the fault Pt No 264877
    A bit expensive RRP £115.62 inc VAT
    You can get them repaired by QER or £64.99 from Masterpart
