    I think I fixed it, took the galvanised cover off the bottom, found the exit pump. It had a plastic tang stopping it from rotating to remove, so I had to break the tang is this correct? Anyway I found a big ceramic chip in the pump vanes (from a plate)& removed, and we are on an express cycle now to test. Fingers crossed and cheers for the pointer.

    Hi Clive,
    I corrected the model no its actually a Bosch SGS43T02 GB/06. It has a plastic tub. I cant find the manual how do I acces the sump?
