Re: Samsung RS21DGRS Ice Build Up problem

    Oh dear
    A can of worms
I only asked about a problem not realising I was still under warranty and thought nothing more of it oh well. I had the problem repaired by samsung on the 03/05/07 the man replaced the fan cover and according to my wife as I was not there the cooling manifold as well. He also stated to her that he has never had one of these models have that problem but normally older ones.(I wasnt there wife could have been confused)
Well the problem has happened again and luckily I still have 1 month left on the warranty. So Mr Samsung Engineer is coming out on Wednesday this week and I obviously want to make sure he is replacing what he needs to replace and not the fan housing cover as he did before as there seemed nothing wrong with it.
My new question is what parts do I need to solve this problem from your online store? Ie. is it just a sensor ( as said by helo_75 on page 1) just so I can mention it when the engineer comes around and quiz him.

That seams to have cured it Ive also tightened up the door wires as well to make it close tighter as well.

Re: Necht wqp12-9319 tripping the RCD power in house

The water is defo coming out via the door latch opening because of the water stain and soap debri stains in that area beyond the water seal. My engineer has not been back in touch to say when he is coming but is there a fix to stop this happening?

    Thanks in advance
