ParticipantOk thanks.
I am having a nosey around at the moment but not too sure what I’m looking at.
I’m thinking that maybe the middle button could be faulty as we never used the clock or timer so it was very rarely pressed, although it feels fine to push.
May just have to give the house insurance people a call to see if they will cover the repair and get a pro in instead.
Thanks for your help! 🙂

ParticipantThanks, but that solution doesn’t work for me.
There is no arrow below the clock, when I press the button nothing happens at all it just says ‘stop’. Everything is set to Zero but still no joy.
Do you think it could be something more serious/expensive?

ParticipantRe: Firenzi FCEM6 Oven – StOP message
No can’t see any 12NC number.
Is the rating plate just the plate that shows the model type etc. and a couple of bar codes?

ParticipantOh and by the way the oven was not in use at the time of the power cut.
