My brother is in a one bed flat too, but he has a pulley on the ceiling, gets a load on it and its out the way. Or if its big stuff, he makes a day of it at the laundrette. Probably doesn’t help you though.

I have always used non-bio, but will take a look at other products now. My partner is a golfer and always comes back with grass marks on the bottom of his trousers, I think he wears them too long and stands on the backs of them. However, thats not really for this forum!
