All too often you see one person’s taste in whatever decor you choose to name being wildly different from what you would consider “normal”. Well LG have re-decorated a little and come up with the “ART” series of fridge freezers, some will love them and some will hate them.
The new ART range refrigerators from LG The marketing blurb says:
This refrigerator is designed to embody gallery art, earning it the distinction of being an artistic home appliance. Beyond simply implementing enhancements on the exterior design, the model is designed to transform any space into something artistic. A kitchen, for example, becomes not merely a place in which to cook, but a family culture space. It features gorgeous flower designs created by Ha Sang-rim, and its knob features delightful crystal decorations.
Apparently fridges are getting good for the zen factor in you kitchen these days with Gorenje’s recent Swarovski range and now this also equipped with Swarovski crystal in the doors.
No prices yet I’m afraid, but expect to be the thick end of £2-3000 if they ever reach UK shores.
I don’t know, but somehow I just can’t see European kitchens being overrun by Swarovski crystal and fancy paint jobs just yet. A bit too “bling” for the UK market in my opinion.
