From January 1st 2015, Liebherr appliances will only be available from Liebherr GB Ltd. Products from the innovative and high-quality appliance manufacturer have previously only been available in the UK through distribution but now the company will be serving the market directly from a new specialist division at its base at Liebherr GB’s, 3.7 hectare site at Stratton Business Park, Biggleswade in Bedfordshire. Recognising the wealth of talent and experience in the previous team and to ensure continuity, the majority of staff has been welcomed into their new positions with Liebherr GB. The existing team will also now benefit from the staff and resources at Biggleswade which have been established for over 20 years.
Liebherr is determined to ensure that its trade customers and end users receive a seamless, dependable and ultimately improved service. Any customers using previous contact information will be redirected to ensure that all enquiries can be dealt with efficiently. Liebherr will also uphold warranties and liabilities to give customers and end users complete confidence.
The existing stock is currently being moved from its previous holdings and a new logistical infrastructure is being established. A further announcement will be released very shortly with additional information.
