Whirlpool Layoffs & Tariffs
Last month there was a snippet of news about layoffs at Whirlpool in the US and this was reportedly just some administrative jobs and not a lot so no big deal.

Price Fixing Nets €611 Fines
Reuters reports that twelve appliance firms and distributors have been fined €611 million (£507 million) for price fixing in France from 2007 to 2014, including big names such as Electrolux, Whirlpool and LG.
TCL Launch Fridge Freezers
TCL is launching side-by-side fridge freezer models here in the UK, and they’re kicking off with two models that can be more or less built-in, with no need for an air gap on either side of the unit.
