Yes, it’s that time of the year again when we all shuffle away to Yarnfield for a bit of a get-together and chat about industry “stuff” as well as all the other benefits.
This year there’s a bunch of training going on, the WTA members will be aware already that any trade member can attend, for free.
On the agenda to talk about is the new Right To Repair legislation that’s coming our way soon, Brexit “what happens next” dependent of course. It’s all going to be explained so don’t worry, all you need to do is book a ticket and turn up really.
Also up for discussion and, this will probably take a while, is the industry rates of pay. It’s always one of those thorny topics that nobody wants to discuss in the open. Well, guess what, it’s happening and there are some plot twists promised as what a lot of people think about this stuff, just isn’t so.
And the cost to attend for WTA and non-WTA members… nothing. It’s free! It’s open to any member of the trade.
Can you really afford to miss the unmissable event of the year, well it is for us at any rate?
