British upmarket cooker and refrigerator maker Aga Rangemaster Group said it continued to expect 2010 revenues ahead of 2009, driven by new products.
The company said trading in the four months ended April 30 was in line with expectations.
“A strong response to our new product introductions at this spring’s trade and consumer shows underpins our expectations for higher volumes this year across our key UK production facilities,” AGA said in a statement.
The company said the North American markets might be bottoming out and it was seeing steady growth in the continent.
Cash at December end was 28 million pounds ($41.33 million) compared with 5.8 million at the start of 2009.
Orders of AGA products were up in the fourth months to April-end, compared with the same period last year.
After slow, weather-related starts to the year, Rangemaster’s order intake had moved ahead, the company said.
