No idea if it’s not working as I am getting them fine.

So can I delete the pages and pages of old, previously deleted PM’s that have suddenly re appeared in my inbox from years ago, or should I wait?

No email notifications for me at all Jim.
Must be something to do with us being south of the border 🙂
Upgrade seems to have borked the Shop ( Store ) Clicking on the Washing machine spares link brings up a blank page and the Fridge & Freezer link brings up Tumble dryer parts????
I think I have cracked the email notification thingy. I have just answered a post in the public washer forum. A few minutes later I went into my CP to see if the thread had been added to my subscription list. It was there but I also noticed that at the end it had ‘instant’ at the right hand side under the notifications column. I had noticed this was set to none on my other subscribed threads yesterday and tried to fiddle about with it but couldn’t work out what it was for. This time I ticked the check box for the two earier threads then clicked the drop down list ‘Selected threads’. clicked on ‘Instantly through email’ then clicked GO and the status of the two threads changed from None to Instant.
It would appear that if you alter your CP settings to instant notification it only affects posts made after that, any made before that time have to be individually reset to ‘instant’. 🙂

Yeah, I changed it to make that the default just after the new forums went live as before that it’s set to off IIRC.

Okay so, overnight Sudeep (he’s a star) is planning to give the forum a nip, tuck and facelift.
It’ll be offline through the night for 1-2 hours.
When it comes back online it’ll be with a new look totally and a bunch of stuff tidied up. At that point work can start in earnest fixing things although I do think I ought to give it 24 hours to let Sudeep get some kip.
