It’s working good for me too, not quite in r600a’s league for call rate as such but not to be sniffed either. Chalked up over £500 profit so far through this system, so I am well happy…… 😀

i have to agree It is good.but ken you have to bear in mind the wide area I cover and it is highly populated.

I’ll ask tina to work out how many calls so far we have had,its easier now as we have changed the logging system for ukw calls on the computer.

389 missed as of today from the 6th which is an average of about 21.61 calls per day or over 100 a week, not including what people have recieved in that period. That’s another thing we should hopefully be able to report on with the changes being made which should be interesting.

The interesting thing is that we’ve improved the cover by a fair old bit, we have maps you see. 😉 We’re still not promoting Repairs@ heavily in any way and yet the missed calls seem to be on the increase, or at least steady, despite those factors.

What does that tell you I wonder? Have we stumbled onto something here as customers, from what we can gather, seem to love it.

Yes, you did Tony.

Two of them are in PR26 which you don’t cover (according to the form) and the other is an LG which you didn’t indicate that you repair on the form. I can ammend it to include PR26 and add LG (or change it to all makes) if you want 😀
