    ok, I downloaded the call handling and played around with it, then I downloaded the stock control and now cannot open the call handling using the “localhost” as instructed which now attempts to open the stock control instead but fails displaying the message:
    “Error 404

    The system is unable to find the requested action “install”.

    TBH I don’t know Mark it depends on where you’ve up the folders I think to determine where you go when you use both.

    When we use them in the office the path 192.168.x.xx/chs/ is used for call handling and substitute “ims” in for the “chs” to get to stock control.

    The path you use determines where you end up.

    all gone very quiet in here, will anyone report back with their findings using either of these?
    Got no further myself but time is against me at the mo and have backburnered it.

    Ken, is the stock control down load working properly? i am downloading now, do i follow the install instructions for the call handling?

    Hi Nigel,

    Yes but Mark found some conflict when running both on one machine. We need to look at that and will do ASAP.

    Same installation method though, yes.

    Hi, it now comes up with a screen during download that the file is invalid or corrupt.

    I keep getting the 404 error. Installed call handling first. When stock control is unzipped it gives the same file name to copy into C drive which will over write the file from call handling. Not sure what to do here. Also even though apache started. It’s not showing as running in services hence 404 error. I’m guessing port issues but not sure how to change it.
