I believe that Sudeep can give you a blank database or remove the demo entries. Future versions should come completely empty but we all forgot to delete the test data, sorry.
There is a way to print off the sheets IIRC but, I can’t recall how. π
And, there will be an update by the end of the month to give a number of funky things, the biggest on being that call statuses have been added and, I hope at least one of my pet projects will also be added as well, if not more. I can tell you more once we sort it out.

Okay, we’re a bit late on the update but, I have an excuse sir…
I sorta, kinda, maybe wanted to do stuff.
And then Sudeep sorta wanted to do stuff too.
So, we agreed it was better to delay a bit and get what we wanted or, at least as much as we could, in this version to help people more and do things better.
Stay tuned, the update is really good, loads of stuff in it.

Yes, done it, call handling now installed and working bar preview and printing, they come up with errors.
Had to remove everything and re download and install.
Haven’t re-tried stock control yet.
I use Microsoft office for calendar on desktop and iPhone. Will there be a sync available in the future?

There’s a slew and, I mean a slew of new stuff about to land. π
The diary is a conundrum that we think is cracked in terms of design. All we need to do now is spend time making it work intuitively.
I don’t know how easy it is to output that to iCal or Outlook etc.
We have a different plan. π
Can you tell us what errors you’re getting Steve so Sudeep can have a look at it?

I think Sudeep may have managed to get the appointment export in place for you Steve.
Do remember though that unlike services like iCloud et all it won’t push/pull data, It’s all manual grunt work and once you export to your calendar you will have to maintain the information and appointments manually.
I know it likely won’t be that much hassle but, just so as you know.
This version that we should have live today or tomorrow is a seriously major upgrade with a number of big improvements being made.

Late summer/autumn we hope.
Lots to be done. All I’ll say is, it may be worth being at the September meeting. π

New version now available for download! π
If you have an existing installation with data contact Sudeep before you install it or you may lose data… VERY IMPORTANT!!!
Available here for download:

New update routine within this version means no more downloads like this, it’ll just do it.

Steve
Just copy the three files and paste them in htdocs folder of xampp, the system should work.
Β Note: this system will be completely fresh with no old data.ΒSudeep
