I won’t deal with Mark.
I’ve told DP & Steph that he is a waste of space. My truck is with DP as it was he who set me up.
I have been told by both that there is little point in complaining as it is a done deal. I’ve told them both we are throwing bits at machines to reduce return visits.

Exactly what I told Mark! Cost per repair will go through the roof! I don’t care how many bits I throw onto DSG jobs now, my ONLY priority is to fix first time!
Shame, as we have to do this sort of thing to cope with the rates, yet CDSL make more money an all the spares we throw at it!!!!!!!

I had him today, without Steph Wheelbarrow.
He clearly has problems with some areas, and yet won’t admit it. I suspect there are bigger problems in other areas than what he looks after, so isn’t that bothered.
He insists there is no movement on the rates, and no change with Crosslee. He doesn’t seem to understand that I sussed C/Lee was naff all to do with DSG and therefore the rate should have been negotiated at a sensible figure.
When I mentioned regards abortive calls, he said Bernard was trying to get SDG to cover these. Again, he doesn’t see it, all they have to do is support us when one of their customers buggers off out, not tell the customer not to pay & that we are obliged to call back f.o.c.
This sister-in-law by the way. His sister is called Karen, not Lisa. She used to work for Connect several years ago, but not now, and she is shacked up with Martin Depper.

Not anymore. ๐
Rumours were circulating on Friday that CDSL have now lost the DSG contract, unconfirmed as yet.

I picked up the same. Also Crosslee Gas Dryers may be moving as well due to poor coverage by Connect. I was sat next to the right person at the meal table I suspect.
Doctor Dill might be losing a raft of work if the DSG rumour is right..

KeymasterLess than two bl00dy hours and it’s in the open!! ๐
I note that CDSL have been on this afternoon as well. Probably to say nothing. ๐
Alex, the only way that CL will get gas cover for dryers is to use SF and, even then, they’ll have holes you could drive the QE2 through.
Dr Dill may have bigger woes if word gets back to RC on what he’s been mouthing off about.

We done them at ยฃ55 a shot. Someone told me at the meal table Thurs night that they had been approached to do these calls, no doubt due to present coverage.

K.He is in big trouble. He had phone calls from Mary Reilly & Gary Ainscough. Yet he doesn’t give a toss. With a bit of luck whoever gets the work, assuming it is kosher, Dr Dill may not be one of their agents.
What a day it has been, and all because of Friday’s meeting.

I don’t get it! What a SILLY SILLY post to put! Even if there was a shread of truth in how he’s portraying the accusation, the first port of call would be Management?!
I’ve had Mark on the phone and explained what little was said and how he instantly made his own vision of what I was saying and ignored any other communication from me, it seems HIS area manager is more p1ssed off at the fact he posted publicly, than me saying anything, so I dunno whether anything will happen, but he DEFINATELY now is a sour taste for Mark, without doubt!

I’m sorry to say this but was an opportunity lost, a point that has been laboured on other websites.
A very disappointed Alex.

I THANK you Alex for saying something, I wanted to, but given I’ve just issued notice, I felt it inappropriate!
I’ve replied tho ๐
“”””I share the same thoughts, and they are part of the reason I’ve given notice to terminate.
If Mr Harrison can walk past me in a corridor, look at me and keep walking, without at least a ‘Hello’, that showed me the lack of respect Repaircare has for our efforts TRYING to make the DSG rates work.
I’m one of a handfull of RC agents that were there, to my knowledge, Bernard didn’t speak to one of us! And can I say, left promptly when the rate cut issue was brought up at the front.
Very disappointed, very de-moralised by that and very sad that the opportunity wasn’t grabbed with both hands to at least TALK to YOUR agents!””””
He really f**king annoyed me! He literally walked past me with Depper, heads down! Shame!

Okay, had another visit from Mark today, he came solo which was a suprise after speaking to Gary the other day, but anyways…
1. Repaircare are ignorant to the words on UKW because only a ‘Handful’ of agents have resigned, so their not worried.
2. The comments made about posters here (UKW) were shunted over to ‘Joke’ level as the ‘Known’ posters are ‘Apparently’ gobby, but fall over themselves to do the work when visited or spoken to via telephone, no names were mentioned, exept one, which I won’t repeat, but as a Dr, I’d think he were in the wrong trade ;).
3. ‘Apparently’, Repaircare have lost 50 heads since Feb 2010, and have reduced call center hours to swallow some of the cost (I know they suddenly closed on a Sunday, so who knows)!
4. I was asked today “Would I stay with them if DSG were out of the equation”, my reply was yes, so was that a ‘Just curious’ question, or do they know more?!
5. THEY ARE WORRIED! Mark has aged 5yrs in the past 6 Months! BUT, What we need now is for Ted, Whirl4 & Rudolf to STFU with BLATANT Repaircare bullying / abuse in the DSG thread (As they aint even agents as far as I’m aware) and encourage MORE Repaircare agents to come forward and be vocal! How? F**k knows, but the current DSG thread, in Repaircare’s opinion is a bit of a joke was the feeling and impression I got today.
That’s it generally, I have the honour of another visit next week, so untill then, it’s still up in the air, but can I suggest:
A new thread, title VISIBLE to the public, but content RESTRICTED to participants, so……… We could have a topic headed: Ex Repaircare Agents or something similar, but restrict acsess, that gives genuine EX or about to be EX Repaircare agents a room to chit chat, AND raise awareness & interest from other people given the ‘Closed Forum’ status… It’ll at least generate curiosity?!
