KeymasterIt lives! 😀
Still got a few people to add to the list and any more that want on please advise, but it’s live finally!
Many thanks to Dave and Kevin for their efforts inputting and collating all the information and that’s really gonna cost me at the bar next time! 😆

Yep, that is good ❗
Better make sure all you guys on here check your e mail……..regularly.
Well done to all concerned.
By the way ken/Dave, do you get a copy of the request?

Test away! If there’s any problems then let us know, we’re not perfect but we do try. many say “trying” but that’s another tale for another time… 😆
Seriously this is the result of months of work on our part and that of the guys at Stropharia, we want it to be used and hope you guys benefit from it, that’s why we did it!
I also sincerely hope that you get a better quality of customer that is informed from the module in a way we want the customer informed and none of the “oh you charge” crew, we don’t want them really. Let them go to the cowboys.
We want the cream, not the dross.
And I’ve said it before, this is just the start of my little crusade, I’m far from done just yet. 😉

Minor detail but the response e mail that the customer recieves has a typo ‘you’ rather than ‘your’
This message is to inform you that we have received you information and have assigned a repairer to carry out your request. The repairer’s details are included below, as well as the information that you entered for your reference.
You did ask us to point out any faults!

Nope, we only get to see the one’s that aren’t fulfilled, either there’s no-one in that postcode district or the relevent repairer there doesn’t repair a certain brand or appliance type.

Yeah, being sorted that one Mark

The reason we don’t see any details is a privacy thing which you all know I go on about a fair bit. The customer is yours, not ours and the details are, so far as we’re concerned, confidential between you and your customer. All we’re doing is trying to point them towards you instead of some wild guess in Yellow Pages.
The email I need to delve into the code for. Since I’ve had a glass of bourbon this evening that’s not too hot a plan right about now! 😆
As for any bugs, I’d rather hear them than not as it’s the only way you get them fixed. 😉

Am i on the list to be added? Did send Fax a while ago to go in directories section. Is this sufficient?

No Simon, Repairs@ is a different concept, if you go to the downloads section then “PDF Documents” the e-jobs form is what is required, along with the member’s charter in the “Word Documents” download section.

As Repairs@ is now live, we need to act immediately on the Advisory Council setup, if only to cover our tails if there is instant media interest. Some sort of defacto arrangement until the meeting perhaps?

KeymasterWell you all know my sentiments on it and I stand by the people I suggested 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} as I think they’ll do a sterling job frankly.
We can rotate it later but would those three accept the appointment on a tempory basis till we ratify it officially?
