    Superb!

    You want to see the “dead table” though, i.e. the calls that haven’t been picked up. Kevin and I were looking at it last night and there’s easily over 200 calls missed and many of them are where I know that there are UKW members, but if we don’t have details… 🙁

    Also under discussion was the fact that UKW is currently recieving over 1000 unique visitors a day! Apart from the trade looking in you can bet that almost every single one of them found UKW because they have a problem with an appliance. Repairs@ is a golden opportunity to capitilise on that methinks. 😉

    ++UPDATE++

    Well Trevor checked the dead table for me this afternoon and it makes for interesting reading on one figure alone…

    There has been 1457 calls missed, even allowing for people testing that’s still a helluva lot of missed calls in a month and a half roughly.

    All I can say is, if you haven’t given us details yet then please do so.

    That sounds about right as a good number of ‘potentials’ come back on the forums saying no-one listed in their Postcode area 🙁

    Re: Repairs@ Module

    Just to make life a little easier I’ve redone the Repairs@ application form this evening and it’s available now in the downloads section under PDF documents.

    A direct link to the page is;

    If you haven’t applied I have hopefully made it a little easier to do so.

    Re: Repairs@ Module

    I’m re-working the Repairs@ form now amongst other things and I will allow a digital signature for the charter, that means we can do everthing in the digital domain, you won’t have to print off and fax or post anything. I like simple stuff. 😉

    But I got this when trawling through my mail from last week and had to share….

    I’m still waiting for my first. 🙁

    I think nobody in Burnley or Pendle can use a PC besides me. 🙁

    Perhaps the ones in Pendle use other mediums. 😉 🙂

    I think it’s a Lancs thing Goaty, I’ve had three contacts so far, but all they’ve wanted was prices before coming out to even look.The last one didn’t want to pay £50 all inc for Bosch Brushes fitting, and they say Yorkshire men are tight!! 😉
