KeymasterYeah well I’m never satisfied with anything, it’s an issue I have. 😕
Anyways, the first page of repairs@ has had a little facelift with a whole slew of info on there in the form of testimonials from customers, some of them at least. To put them all there would just be silly and I may well rotate them as we get more, possibly date them as well just to keep it fresh.

I have just entered a repairs@ request on behalf of a customer, he has just moved into his flat and has no internet access yet.
So, MS Appliance Repairs, its up to you now, it was just a little outside my area. 🙂

Would it be possible once the name of the ‘Selected repairer’ is shown to the applicant, to include in the heading the selected repairers address and/or contact phone number? Possibly even a URL link to the selected repairers own website, if available?
In so doing that allows the applicant a further choice of either filling in the application form for submission as and when or contacting the repairer directly for an even quicker response! 🙂
Speed of contact is often a major factor for any member of the public when dealing with the Internet. Filling out and submitting forms does have its convenience for many, others want quick instant answers. By adding the contact details as I suggest will eliminate the vast majority of failed Repairs@ jobs so vital for us indies. Failed because the public cannot wait, failed because they’ve found the solution buried in the forums somewhere, failed because the selected repairer only turns his computer on and checks his emails once in a blue moon. 😕
Give the public the choice eh?

No it’s not possible at the moment.
There is a blurb line that can be used if you want to tell me what text you want in it though as I posted about a long time ago.
But there’s no point. The customer gets all the contact details that we are given and enter to the system in a few minutes via the emailed reciept for the chosen repairer.
As for the customer looking for the solution in the forums, well that’s been often discussed Martin and we all know your sentiments only too well.
