KeymasterWe are already in the planning stages for the third UKW outing and yet again we’ll change the venue to try to allow as many as possible to attend.
This time the venue we’ve picked out and more or less settled on is the Ramada Jarvis Hotel in Hatfield, the details from this link:
http://www.ramadajarvis.co.uk/hoverview … hotelID=10
It’s close to Luton airport, so cheap flights from Easyjet into there for those far away, just off the M1, great for anyone from Yorkshire etc and just off the M25 so even the Londoners will be able to find it! 😆
We may change the format slightly in the end but yet again the plan is to hold it over two days, a Friday and a Saturday probably at the very end of August or start of September. The dates will be finalised and published here ASAP, probably within the next week or so.
This meeting promises to be a stormer as we’re trying to organise some stuff that you will not want to miss so when the date is published please let us know if you are going to attend as soon as you can as we have to book meeting rooms etc.
All the costs and whatnot will be posted as soon as they are finalised.
Any comment please let us know.

KeymasterOkay, further to discussions tonight we look set for the weekend of the 27/28 August or the following weekend of 3/4 September, it all comes down to what the hotel has available for each weekend. Well Friday/Saturday really, not so much a weekend I guess.
The reason for the dates is that by then almost all the holidays are finished and the schools are back in session which should make it easier on those with children of that age.
By tomorrow the same email address for all things meeting related should be in play to Sean who is chief organiser this time around for the meeting event.
The mail address is meeting@ukwhitegoods.com
As last time I would ask that you let us know as quickly as possible if you intend to attend (poetic ;)) so we can get a decent room rate etc.
Thanks for the feedback thus far, keep it coming whether it’s positive or negative as we really want to try to tailor the meeting to suit everyone as much as we possibly can. Any and all suggestions are welcomed, including items that you want on the agenda for discussion.

Mid to late September is favorite!
August Bank Holiday weekend is 27/30th, travelling that weekend will be chaos anyway!

Those dates do sound a bit busy holiday period for me also. Nothing planned as yet but… I vote for mid September as favorite.

Typical I’m away again. Only just got back from Imola Grand Prix.
I’ve been told that I must suffer R.S.I. from putting my case on the weighing belt at the airport. This is a total fallacy as sometimes I travel by ferry.
I digress, It looks like I might have miss out on this one, shame all round.
