If you go to the front page and login to the site, or make sure you are logged in…
Then go to the “Contact Us” bit and, on the drop down, there’s a tab that says “Manage Search”, click that.
It should bring up your details, which you can then edit if you like, including the blurb which we’re doing something with in a while.
John, yours has tons of stuff not on there yet.

Also, all mods should now have access to their own details via the same route.
Although this is testing, you are playing with live data remember. 😉
There are elements you can’t change and can only be done by admin. Like postcodes for example so as we don’t have a smart a$$ national or something trying to hoover up work. Or, just a muppet and, let’s face it, there’s a few about.
The “Blurb” is whatever you want to say about the company. That will eventually be used and come up as a mouseover we think on the search results to give punters more info about you.

Just tried it and changed a few skill sets and appliance types and it works fine but in the areas covered box there is no data and in the engineer search I don’t appear??

I was adding your postcodes last night and found an error which we’ve been working on today, should be fixed by close of play today for you. You will come up, just on limited postcodes IIRC.
But, just saw a successful call going through to someone for a New World range, so it’s working. 🙂

Have you took the “manage search” link offline, I tried to get in a few times in the past 10 minutes and get a 404 error.

If you try now John all your postcodes will come up and the brands etc. you set in the search. I dunno if the management is working yet.

I have UKWG’s open in both IE and Chrome, no joy in either. 😥

I can see myself on the search for an engineer facility but I don’t come up as a WTA member, is this work in hand?

I was trying to view it from the home page on both browsers.
Checked out the ‘find an engineer’ this morning. Looking much better, all I need now is for my larger icon to display on top of ‘you know who’ on the map. Unless you click very carefully his details come up. 🙂 It doesn’t matter how far you zoom in, the small spanner is always on top of the star.
Although as Martin noted, I am recommeded [sp] 😀
