If the vibration continues check those damper legs the plastic “pin”that holds them in has popped out on me before causing bad vibration. 8)

It’s just a trickle of water fed into the condenser from the inlet valve that acts as a cool corridor for the forced air passing through. There is no “water level” but merely the water enters from the top and drains out into the tub at the bottom. I’m suggesting that that ain’t happening in your case. 😉

So what’s it not doing condensing the water?.. its gotta be either the valve or the pcb not giving power to the valve to let in water if that is the case? :hmm:

Take it from me Applianceman2010 that in the public forums it is better to answer questions than to ask them otherwise folks shoot off on a somewhat tangential divergence, serving little or no good overall.
Stryder’s last comment was with regard to the “TOC” though what the significance of that statement remains as yet unclear with regard to his condenser problems. No doubt all will be revealed in the fullness though….. 8)

Ive gotta be honest i do like asking alot of questions because it means i can give more answers!
The TOC thing was, i think someone posted a reply something like “have you checked the TOC?” and stryer wrote “whats a TOC? give me a clue” and i wrote some clever comment like” maybe thermally operated cut out?” but who ever wrote that then deleted for some reason , so i deleted my comment so i didn’t sound like a mad man with turrets ! whew i need a break after that lol :coffee:April 18, 2011 at 4:54 pm #341514stryder

him again
i put some more washing in and set it as before and would you beleive it- nothing just the sound of the pressure switch clicking. i looked in the condensor, and no water trickling through so i tried several times to set it to dry for 1 hour but it would`nt have it . then for some uknown reason i decided to set it to drain, after it had drained i set it to dry again and this time worked fine . water trickling in and the element heating up and the fan spinning!whats going on? 😕

That’s gotta be a control module fault sounds kinda similar to what mine was doing , loads of random things that didn’t make any sence lol …. good luck! 😉

whats going on? 😕Could be you have a drain pump which is not operating consistently. This could either be due to a partial blockage or possibly something like coin intermittently causing the pump to fail to start. Or it could be a worn pump – remove and examine for play in the impellor bearing. Or that could be a complete red herring! Welcome to the world of washing machine repairs! If you enjoy frustration, this is the job for you!

Hi stryder,
Glad to see you back!!
I used to dis-mantle my rubik cube completely and put it back together feeling rather smug 💡
Dont do that with the washer/dryer though!!
Good luck,
quickwash :plug:
