Either way is fine. Personally I would recommend a complete inner door panel/glass unit assembly at around £27. Part number however is : C00075055 now that we have the full model number that is.

I got the same here, not a big problem. It does take ages to download now though. Can’t give my customer a quick quote now. Must get a faster PC I guess but I’m skint.

    Re: Compensation for Damaged Feelings

This compensation culture is everywhere you know, I’m not aversed to having a go myself. In fact, I was about to sue the local county council chairman for calling me ( in front of a packed meeting hall) a “LICKSPITTLE”. I was most angry and indignant about it until a colleague whispered in my ear and said it meant sycophant. I said “Are well, that’s me right enough!”

    Re: UKW Merchandise

I need a new lunchbox as the hinge has busted which I hold both together with an elastic band (they keep rotting though!)

Now should I spend $18.99 on a new one or save a bit by going to Staples for a box of rubbers bands?

    Re: Hotpoint WM52P

Thanks for your thoughts so far fellas. I left the problem with the customer to get back to me after she tried a washload or 2. Not heard from her yet.

I don’t think it an overfill problem although I take your point wizard. The water level was way below the door seal as I recall. Not a faulty pump either as I put my test leads on the motor plug connector block and it gives short bursts of 240v every 1.5 seconds, only while the motor rotates. If I disconnect the motor, then the pump stops doing an Irish Jig also. So it must be a Timer/Module transistor thingy problem I reckon.

Will get back to you if I hear or do more to the machine OK

Is that the motor where it has a flat grey filter/suppressor attached to it where you need to put a “Rast” 7 way Motor Plug Connector on it to convert?
