    Have a WML760 machine with all lights on door lock locks but thats it, is this the same problem you had? and did proper door lock fix it?

    Just wondering if repair was successful or not as I have customer with similar complaint on a RSH1DTPE ( Noisey and low temperature in fridge side)

    Hi Guys

    Have recieved part from Maytag or should I say Parts because they have sent me two boards with a note saying that the LV Board and HV Board have to be changed at the same time as there can be possible incompatibility issues.

    The only part numbers I can find are HV Board 12639501 and
    LV Board 67003751

    Also I have read on some posts about coding these PCB, does anyone know how this is done.

    Thanks for the replies

    Told customer to try samsung as per ypur advice she just rang me to thank me and to let me know they will repair it free of charge.

    Why would they do this when it outside the warranty period??
