    Re: comet

We have no contract with comet no, but yes indeed we are taking the new paid non warranty repair calls in our offices now instead of there with comet. As said before, they are our calls, not comets. The only time we have a crossover is when a customer rings on the number looking for comet as they have an ongoing repair, in that case we simply give them another number to contact comet direct.

We have 2 epdq accounts so it’s not that reliable a bit of information really but yes publish it up here for us all to see please.

It’s interesting though as you admit you were in full receipt of the payment on or before the 20th December and it still took you another month and a Court Summons to pay up.

There is clearly nothing I could say to get you to admit what really happened here is there.

There is no way that we took the money on the 14th. I Have it in black and white here and you don’t. Categorically. Much of what you have said is incorrect and is twisted to aid your argument on here. All things that happened, just not quite as they actually as unfolded. If you remember i called you the morning i got that summons, not ages after as you keep mentioning and paid in full! You say we keep changing address. Wrong also, only once. We are on 14 working day holding with Barclays so we did not receive that money in our current account until nearly the 2nd week of Jan. The simple reason we did not pay on your terms? Poor organisation.

I have no problems being honest but you simply are not doing the same.

    Re: comet

    Absolutely not.

I don’t think you have the statement at all, do you?

We debited the full amount on the 19th December. Would you like to see a print screen of our epdq statement showing the 13th to the 20th?

I have documentary proof from the customer concerned that they paid you up front and a tape recording of our telephone conversation, Daniel where you confirmed it.

    Re: comet

I do, as thats no ones concern apart from those involved.

I have explained why in the past things have been slack. Im not saying it for people to feel sorry or to sympathise but its the way it is. We grew too quick and couldn’t manage. Things are turing around and were slowly getting there.

No, I confirmed we take card details to secure the booking. We don’t charge before we go out.

    Re: comet

As i said before, i will talk to anyone one to one but im not going into anything deeper on a public forum. I’ve always been open on here and I will continue to do so but via phone one to one.

For the record we actually don’t take a penny from customers upfront and we’ve moved address once!!

    Re: comet

Wow! Ok, I do not wish to go any further on a public forum. If anyone has and queries, PM or email me and i’ll happily call and deal one on one.

There’s no deliberate swerving going on, I just don’t really want to delve into this in any greater detail in such a public place.

    Re: comet

This is getting very messy here. In answer to the above, I have tried to contact Ken but with no luck so far to explain some things… We are not here to advertise, simply to try and be part of community as a work provider and not against it as the others seem to be.

We don’t recruit or get people to sign up, it’s not like JTM or repaircare, we don’t work like that.

    Hi

My advise is to LEAVE ALONE as you are putting both your fellow employees at risk and yourself and ultimately your job.

If its now tripping the electrics then you will need to get a engineer out to sort out what you have adjusted or moved.

Commercial dishwashers normally work on 3 phase electricity..660v ..

    Hi

Well first of all.. Haven’t you learnt never listen to your in laws yet ..it’ll only get you into trouble.

Put it back upright as it should be and you will need to leave it upright for 24 hours to let the oil settle back to where it should be. At the bottom of the compressor.

Is it that if you leave it alone for 48 hours it’ll defrost possibly ? Try it and see. The unit has a fault code system which would show up a fault if it was a sensor or fan error.
