Hi sounds like a defrost problem with a possible heater failure.

    Samsung RL33SBSW water in freezer

Just pull that rubber off and defrost the unit. This is what causes this problem.

    Hi

You will need to turn the whole appliance off for 48hrs with the freezer door left open to remove all the ice build up.

Then at the rear above the compressor drip tray there is a small rubber flap.Remove the flap and throw away. restart your unit and that’ll fix it.

    Finish Powerball not being dissolved.

Or using a low temprature wash . If using power balls then high temp intensive wash must be used.

    Re: Microwave leakage testing

    Hi Raw

To be honest..why the hell would you need to carry out a leak test ?.

IF there was any chance of a leak then either the door has to be open approx. 1″ If that was the case then it wouldn’t work because the doors open.Or a hole approx. 1″ for a leak to be there.I’m sure you would notice either of these 2 points.

Also bear in mind that the inside cavity is specifically tuned for the wave to bounce round the internal cavity,IF there was any deviance in the size then the wave would deteriorate.

Ally, thats exactly the reason I joined here.

I’ve seen the roasting 0800 and the like get on here and for the most part i agree with you guys as to why.

Already we have established a few good connections via this website and a certain member in particular has been great in helping us (and me personally) out more than a few times now.

It’s great to read comments like the 3 above.

However saying you have been, in business for a number of ‘years’ is not waffle or ambiguous, it is a downright lie. :rolls:

Absolutely. It actually says “a Number of years experience” or something like that, not that we have been in business foryears, and this is absolutely true. Not me personally, but 3 of our guys have plenty of years experience. For example, both paye engineers are in their late 30’s and have been in the game for 5 and 8 years.
