Put a new sensor on the freezer evaporator and put the original air sensor back where it belongs.

It doesn’t nor never had an NTC. Error 12 is a connection error between the 2 boards. And bugger all to do with NTC’s 😉
Never said it did.. just that its the dryer heater fault according to the fault code.

I know of 3 engineers that have seen a massive drop in work.And the policy of buying spares from them has been in force for quite a while.. engineer had part in stock but 0800 still charged customer full wack for the part even though engineer would have done it cheaper as he had already owned the part required.
