    Check the circulation pump for debris like biscuit wrappers or plastic that has got past filter.

    Hi Jonty, I would check the limiter on the hob/element. I had one recently that caused the same problem.

    Turns out the machine is under a 2 year warranty so Zanussi called out.

    Thanks

    Hi Dave, possible reed switch flow meter problem? Have you checked for blockages between sump and metering tank? Is the air break on metering tank clear of gunk.

    I’ve done a couple of these where there was plastic wrappers blocking them. Most likely scenario.

    Re: Siemens iq300 reset procedure

    Hi, found this after a search. Might be of help.

    After fitting new brushes to a Bosch or Siemens washing machine you may be dismayed to find that it still doesn’t work.

    Don’t Panic!

    One of the following Reset procedures, depending on the model you have, will probably get the machine going again.
    ==============================================================================
    Reset Procedure 1, for a Siemens 16S series (WM16S) series machine after F43 error / Nulstilling af Siemens vaskemaskine efter F43 fejl (Thanks to https://madsdyd.wordpress.com/2014/12/0 … -f43-fejl/ )
    Turn off the machine (dial to 0)
    Open the door
    Turn on the machine on first program
    Close the door
    Turn off the machine
    Turn on the machine on the “six-o-clock” program, which is centrifuge
    Press the “option down” button and keep it pressed (This is the button left of the display)
    Turn the dial to “seven-o-clock” (empty/pump out program)
    Release the “option down” button
    Turn of the machine
    ================================================================================
    Reset Procedure 2 (most commonly seen online, but not applicable to all machines)

    Turn the knob to off.
    Close the door.
    Turn the knob to 6 o’clock position.
    Wait 2 seconds.
    The start/pause should begin flashing.
    (If the start button doesn’t flash, just carry on trying to erase the codes).
    Press and hold the spin button. (it may be marked RPM)
    Turn the knob to 7 o’clock position.
    Wait 2 seconds.
    Release the button.
    Turn the knob to off.
    ========================================================================================================================================================
    Reset Procedure 3 for Bosch Maxx Classic washing machine
    1. Close the door and make sure the dial is in the OFF position.
    2. Hold the Start/Pause button and turn the dial anti clockwise (to the left) to the express 15 min program at the same time.
    3. Hold the Start/Pause button for 10 seconds sometimes more.
    4. Release the button and turn the dial back to the OFF position.
    5. Select any program and the error should not be appearing.
