Thanks, have been back and finished defrosting the thick ice whiched filled the gully and drain hole, turned it off and back on went into defrost mode, defrost heater works fine although not very powerful. could it be design fault?

Yeah as soon as the spinner was used it smashed against the side no matter how much or little was in it, when I complained to my supplier they said they had several the same and blamed delivery!!! saying traders that bought from them localy had no problem???? they then said they would give me a full credit and asked me to dispose of it as the cost of collection would not be worht it. :eeek:
I stripped it down to see if worth doing, but decided to send it to meet its maker! I believe what little metal there was is now cat food tins!

I sold one of these to a customer, 2 weeks later refunded their money!
Would not sell any more of them

I buy several complete wma drum units, paying connect £89 this was after I complained about prices and many were lowered, I now get them from Qualtex for £68!!!!!
