I don’t know what company you work for, but if you are registered as an Agent/Service seller then yes you can service your own customers or that of Hughes.

As far as I’m aware it is our network of agents that would carry out the work as Hughes have not signed up as service seller.
we only give 2 years warranty so the 3rd year must be from them.

the reason the engineer is asked to complete the symptom code is because what the customer tells us here at the CC and what they actual fault is isn’t always the same.
we do have codes we have to complete, but you don’t see them on the jobsheet, i will ask IT to add them, might be helpful for you to see.
