    Yes i agree. The appliance should have been disconnected and a warning label affixed, clearly a unsafe situation, but the customer DID have the Gas Safe register to fall back on

    Remember ….
    If You Were The last engineer to touch the Gas Appliance and something goes badly wrong and you dont have Gas Safe registration (even if only doing a electrical Job) you could well find yourself with a lot of explaining ….

    Been using it for about 3 years <has some limits but for me its Ok ,really needs a better intergration with Quickbooks , Have been to their Office in Kingston a couple of times , very helpful

    My son who is a dedicated WORLD OF WARCRAFT player decided he wanted faster broadband on our home phoneline( a have a seperate line for work) ok i said you pay for the BT faster broadband and we will see ! so during the day i connected to BT, results where great with the added bonus that i can connect my laptop on site so far everywhwere , still early days but looking good

    I have had a few problems withh Talktalk (Opal) not very good on the customer service bit, took on their broadband ,on the promise of a free dongle for the laptop ,no sign of it arriving ,keep saying they lost that part of the order

    Your Engineers is right there should be a fan at the rear of the oven which is controled by a PCB it cuts in after a short time then can run on after the oven is switched off
    The flames are being starved of air Check out the fan by using a direct Feed.. If not its the PCB

    I found That if you dont refit the middle screw it gives the element a chance to move and expand ……. fingers are still crossed

    From What i have been told by one of their engineers Most of them are looking to leave due to Tracker being put in the vans . Office and Spare support are not up to Much But I could be wrong
