    Thanks Martin,

I don’t think it is getting that far. It takes water in and tries to tumble then cuts off.
It will do a spin if set separately.

    Guys,

After being contacted by Masterfix decided to give them a go. Simple job, no hassle. Invoice in and paid into bank within 2 weeks. Cant fault that!!

    Re: ISE 10 1606w

    Evening all,

As per my previous posts on this machine. Got a call a couple of weeks ago as takes in water then stops and pumps out. Went out to it and sure enough as they say..
Checked all hoses for the infamous five pence but none to be found, checked all the obvious connections, cables no breaks or signs of anything.
Ended up by reseting the machine and running a program through no problem found. Left the customer to try a few washes and see what happens. It has now worked for nearly 2 weeks with no problem. But has now returned again.
The customer is now as confused as I am.
Anyone got any suggestions as to the next move on this?

    There persistant!!

Had another call from them today, same spec £150 upfront blah blah blah.

Told them again in my politest Gloucestershire tone that this was not an option. Give it a week or 2 and I’ll probably have to tell them again.
Dont need the work anyway, cant keep up down here!!!

    Re: repairs4you

    Email Recieved today:

    This is how we work.

We pay £45 per repair completed and we supply you with all the parts,
which are sent to you in advance by post. We mostly cover fan oven
element replace and We diagnose the problem over the phone. Payments to
the contractors are made via bank trasfer (faster payments) at the end
of each day. the first time we pay you it may take longer but therafter
should show immidiatly after transfer is made.

In regards to the bookings we always send you an email before repair is
booked in to let you know date, time, make, model, postcode, and what type
of repair it is. if you are not available on that date or for any
reason do not want to carry out the repair, we then refer it to another
    contractor in that area.

The repairs we carry out are mostly general public who book with us and
we send engineers out to do the repair. Customers pay after repair is
done via our payment line while engineer/contractor is at the property
and then once paid a receipt will be issued via post or e-mail to the
    customer.

At this stage I cannot guarantee a work load but once we start working
with each other and know how each one of us works we can increase
    business with each other.
If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me
on 07891299425 or 0121 2590424 alternatively you can email me
