Yeah, You can cancel the program and open the door. But whatever program you select it does the samething everytime as previously desrcibed.

Yes, I have got voltage at the motor when it stops.
But there is a relay on the motor which it seems that power is not switching through.

There was a water mark half way up the motor body, and customer says that they had a flood. I checked the float switch which seems ok and does work manually. Its a strange one on me too.

The machine will start as normal. Starts to pump out, then takes in the right amount of water, then starts to circulate the water. Then it stops. does not do a thing from then on!!!!!!!

Thanks for the reply. Went back to the machine yesterday, found a library card in the drum flat across the drain. worked one minute not the next.
To much knowledge can cost you a callout!!!!!!!!!!!!!
