After few minutes in main wash it bleeps, cancels programme & flashes 1st 3rd 4th neons in instruction book its says this indicates module or heater failure. Heater reads ok, wiring ok, so assume module. Customer said for past few programmes it has not opened detergent dispenser. Any help ? clayside

Hi Bill
Have had a couple with wiring broken near cable ties at filter housing. Mains supply comes straight from power module to pump, trace wiring back and check voltage at module. Take power module out and check for dry joints on the rear have had a few go. The module costs about £220 + vat part exchange. Hope this helps

Hi Mike,
Looking at an old old part list the C4EE had two types of switch. One is a 6 position switch p/no 053209 from BSH or ELE3471 from connections. the other is a auto therm with pan sensor p/n 082214 £69.33 inc vat from BSH. Can’t see it on connections, qualtex might do it cheaper.

Miele Part No 1710130 £10.87 + VAT. Size shown as 8 x 335 I think it is a ‘V’ belt. Large belt is Part no 5017140 £25.21 + VAT. Shown as 5PJ 1915

Spray arm P/No 6117370 comes with threaded retainer as part of it , it’s moulded in the arm. Part No. for the locknut between spray arm and feedpipe is 6057710 £1.42 + VAT

Have old bsh micro fiche, shows part no for motor as 840315 which is shown as £169.44 retail inc vat on thier quickfinder site
