Nope, you must be looking at another thread. My drum was aok – freely rotating- before and after brush change.
Moreover, no power would be applied to the drum, ’cause no program was started.

They were the right way round that’s definite – I checked.
It fried on power up even though I hadn’t started a prog.
do you think there’s been a short to earth somewhere in the brush assy?

ParticipantRe: Stoves 900GTF Oven – unstable main oven flame
We had one of these ovens at our last house.
Our problem came to light when the newly installed carbon monoxide detector kept on going off after having the oven on for 15 mins or so.
We called out a Stoves engineer (under warranty at the time), and it seemed that the door seal was not being effective, with the result that the flame was lifting off the main burner and creating carbon monoxide.
He fitted a new seal – flame burned properly and no carbon monoxide.
If this is what’s happening with you – suggest you get it seen to quick.

ParticipantRe: Getting the brushes out of a Bosch WFL2260
Sorry, cancel that – just got it!
you slide them over till the cutout matches up with the holder then it lifts up and out – just wasn’t pulling hard enough.
