Thanks Martin & Kwatt for your advice , I’ll keep a watch to see if there are any signs of mould before I do anything further.

Hello,
I have checked that before.
Can’t find any Electrolux ones to buy online?
Is Samsung good?
Can’t see any other brand after reading the buying advise for American fridge freezer.Regards

Helo Martin,
Checked couple of Miele models. I liked WMB120 which has softsteam honeycomb drum and CapDosing. Is it worth going for ‘Softsteam honenycomb’ drum?
Also this model does not have separate rinse programme which found a bit dificult to accept.coolusee

Thanks Martin. Good explanation on why I should go for Wifi connectivity. I have now dropped the idea of Wifi
Any specific model you’d recommend in Miele or Bosch should I choose the latest one off their website ? Don’t mind a model that’s a couple of years old . Atleast that way I know its a tried and tested one.
I am looking for a 8-9 kg capacity one.coolusee

Thanks for your reply Martin.
If I want to save some money without compromising on the quality and reliability, then should I be considering any other brands besides Miele like Bosch or ANY others ? I wanted to ideally have a good one around/under £650 but happy to stretch a bit further. for a better one.
The ones I originally thought of were

And
http://www.bosch-home.co.uk/product-lis … readcrumb=I appreciate one should NEVER leave appliances running unattended but aren’t there any washing machines that have good ‘smart’ connectivity to the internet/Wifi. I thought that was the way forward for all appliances in the future.

ParticipantRe: Which tumble dryer for garage?
Thanks Don. For my knowledge, there are dryers in the market which claims to have anti crease functionality. Are they really effective?
I am aware that they might not be suitable for garage but it’s good to know.coolusee
ParticipantRe: Which tumble dryer for garage?
Don, thanks for your reply. However I was asking for Dryer only and not for washing.

Thanks Don and iadom.
One thing I am worried about is creases in cloths. Don’t like cloths full of creases and don’t have time to iron day to day clothes. Mainly our cloths are cotton.

ParticipantRe: Recommendation required for built-in Dishwasher
Thanks Don for the reply.
We are looking for a fully integrated washing machine and at the moment we are totally confused on what brand we should be concentrating on. We were considering Bosch ones (SMV63M00GB) but I have heard the Neff ones are pretty good too I have checked out the one you have suggested and it more or less has almost all the features except that the Bosch advertises a few extra ones !!!
2 kitchen fitting agencies recommended Bosch because they deals with them but I want a unbiased opinion.
How do Bossch diswasher compare against Neff, Seimens, Miele, Beko, AEG, Whirlpool (some of them have good ratings on which.co.uk but are fairly old models ?

I was having a look at the Liebherr models and I am basically keen on the 60-40 combination fridge-freezers with frost-free freezer and auto-defrost in the fridge. I have come across ICN 3056 and ICUNS 3013. Any idea on which is better?
The former has a ‘door-on-door’ door assembly but the latter has ‘door slider’ do I need to consider the pro-and cons for this while selecting the kitchen units ?I found very few options for the 60-40 in Neff, Seimens and Bosch.
AEG doesn’t have built-in frost-free at all
Are there any brands that are worth considering?
I have come across Zanussi ZBB 7294? Any idea on this one?October 16, 2008 at 6:45 pm in reply to: Which Integrated Washing Machine for my requirement ? #265345coolusee

Any specific model of Neff ?
Since the kitchen units will have to wait for sometime (atleast 6 -8 months), do I need to worry about the installation for the washing machine viz. type of floor . ? There is already washing machine a free standing one installed which we intend to replace by the Integrated one.I need to have the same considerations for the fridge-freezer.

Is there any particular popular model that would be good ?
Are there any retailers around in Basingstoke which I should consider. I don’t mind travelling to Southampton or Reading or Guilford if there are known and trusted ones that could give a good deal .
I will be trying the Reading Warehouse in Tadley are there any others ?
