Take the seal off on the outside then you’ll be able to take the pipe off and blow down it see if that frees up any blockages

I would wait until you have a battery for your meter to check the thermostats before rushing into anything else. There is a way you can check them without a meter but can be very dangerous for the electrical uneducated. The reset button you speak about is down because it hasn’t popped up popping the thermostat this doesn’t mean that the other thermostat hasn’t blown so both will need new checking.

Unplug the appliance and take the top and side panels off.
Follow the hose from the water bottle down to the pump.
Take the hoses off, blow up them to ensure they are clear.
Take the pump assembly out and clean out any debris in the pump stopping it working.
Clean out the pump water reservoir.
Take out the condenser and clean it thoroughly.
Clean out the ducting behind the condenser.
Ensure the float hasn’t stuck at the pump container.

Reassemble the appliance and try it again.

Listen to ensure the pump is running.

    Hope this helps.

Does the door lock at all when you try it or does it flash immediately?

Hi the first thing I would check if it’s not spinning or draining would be for blockages in the filter. If it can’t drain it won’t spin.

I had one of these candy machines a while back that had the same fault. I changed both thermistor on the heater element and worked perfectly after that. You will need a multi meter to check these and is very easily done and ruled out. Good luck.
