QA is a sub brand from MFI but there are no ceramic hobs using the QA name, only solid plate versions.
The oven underneath will have to come out to get the hob model number 🙁

Is that the customer’s description as there is no FF. Listed fault codes are:
FA, FH, FP then F4 through to F31
I guess the closest is FP which is a drain error 🙂

Ah, the compact thing 🙂
Homark model was SE4400 if I recall, the MFI version is APM8315 and they are the cheapest for that motor, the last time I ordered one from Caremark it was over £100 😯
MFI part number is 2707F at just under £60 ex VAT list 🙂

Yes, he can stipulate that, trade to trade sales are different than to the public.
Electrolux for example have a strict no returns policy, you can’t send anything back unless it’s damged on delivery.
Most wholesalers are pretty good though I find with returns.

Connect show the three way one as 9187518054 but I don’t think that’s a Beko part number, probably their own.
