D&G are telling extended warranty customers to “get your own engineer” 😕

The oven and hob are Brandt 😐 , the dishwasher Whirlpool 🙂 and the Fridge/Freezer Servis :(.
I’ve yet to find out who makes the hoods for MFI as the part numbers never cross refer to anything 😕
