😆 LMFAO
The rumours were true then.
I wonder if JT managed to survive the vote of no confidence.

Well one thing’s for certain, I doubt most of us can carry on absorbing the fuel price increase without a rate rise from somewhere 😥
Which still doesn’t answer the question of who though, especially if the majority of the work being done is a fixed rate from an insurer or manufacturer etc

I think you’ll find that it’s an SUK60MFX.
Anyway, control (facia) panel is £35.24 plus postage. this is the part behind the knobs that spans the width of the appliance, stainless steel model.
If you want to order one, drop me an email, I can sort it from there for you.

No hope of a manual I’m afraid 😥
It was worth asking though.

ParticipantRe: quality samsung products
It certainly looks like it from the manual.
You may like to email Samsung at euro.spares@samsung.com just to make sure though.
Otherwise it’s order the evaporator and take the heater off of it and fit it to the old one, if you can do that I guess 😕

ParticipantRe: Spare parts website recommendations please
The list price is £154.51 inc VAT 😯
By the time you add the tub gasket and bearing etc, you are going to be getting close to £200.
As suggested, best to replace the appliance.

Bob, could you list the postcode regions please. ie DH1-DH? etc

ParticipantRe: Amplifier Repair
Dented, we do brown goods repairs, generally not commercial equipment though. We have an account with a service manual library company who may be able to help with circuit information.
If you can post the model number I’ll ask them for you.
Two other things spring to mind though:
Why won’t Terralec supply the information, they should be obliged to supply the service manual (at a cost) if requested.
You should be able to identify the components that are blown from the relevent duplicates on the other channel circuits, they should be identical.

How about an external valve as well connected in parallel to the internal inlet valve ?
These at RS components seem to have zero head pressure capability:

The induction motor looks and appears no heavier than the standard FHP motor. In fact if it wasn’t for the lack of brushes, a quick look and you would’t tell the difference.

ParticipantRe: Glue for oven door? (Indesit…)
Keith, you will need to remove the whole door from the cooker first, instructions on how to do this should be in the user manual. the door will seperate by removing some screws from the underside of the door from memory.
Hope that helps.

Doesn’t look like it Mark.
One thing Don and I have discovered though from a press release in the ERT, some of the upper models are using an induction motor to keep the noise level down. And it’s true, I looked underneath at an Ultima, the Aquarius plus range are using them as well apparently.
A Hotpoint front loader with an induction motor 😯 whatever next.
Dave.
